New Patron Packet

Designed New Patron Packet as a professional goal to improve customer service and to help staff to welcome new patrons to the library.  The project was highly received and was implemented in all Carver County Libraries.  September 2014.

Fast Five Book Bundle

Reached professional goal to create children's book bundles to provide convenience in finding themed books for patrons and to boost circulation. Book bundle, signage and book tags designed by Rose Oyamot Rodriguez; display and book bundles assembled by Suzie Stephenson. January 2015.
